PROCESS : BLOOD PROCESSING

The main steps in the treatment of blood are thermal coagulation, centrifugation and drying.
The heat coagulation of blood is a continuous process designed to recover the cruor.

The collected blood is pumped continuously into a thermo-coagulator in which live steam is injected.

The coagulated blood is separated from the liquid phase using a centrifugal separator and dried in a disc dryer or pallet dryer.
