PRODUCT : hydrolyzer

The hydrolysis and drying of feathers and pig silk is a semi-continuous fully automated process. This process is similar to sterilization. Only the parameters are different. Upstream of these facilities, SIL has developed the appropriate equipment to store and handle such difficult materials.

For large capacity installations, hydrolysis and drying are not made in the same equipment. The disc dryer, better suited for the drying phase, ends the processing with high efficiency.
