PROCESS : THERMAL OXIDATION

The thermal oxidation process "Cinclus" allows the elimination of industrial gaseous and liquid waste streams by combustion. It enables valorization as well as environment protection.

Complementary to drying

The recuperative thermal oxidation process is the solution to optimize the heat balance of the drying unit.

  • The systems allows the treatment of vapors coming from the dryer but also of the polluted and smelly gases inside the building so as to achieve zero discharge to the environment
  • Combined with a heat recovery boiler, the "Cinclus" process valorizes the oxidation of the pollutants. The boiler then supplies the energy to the drying unit..
