PROCESS : PRE-DRYING

Based upon the sludge drying technology, SIL provides pre-drying technologies of the indirect type using different heating media, thermal oil, steam, heated water
The pre-drying provides a sludge with a dryness of 36 to 45% and that is used upstream of a fluidized bed furnace or a pyrolisor.

The pre-dryer optimizes the energy balance by achieving self-combustion of sludge for incineration or co-incineration with household waste.
