SIL designs bag filters based on the type of the gas to be cleaned.
Modern design with compressed air cleaning assures performances in compliance with the most stringent regulations. Our design allows the addition of equipment to neutralize acid gases and removal of heavy metals.
Depending on the type of filter and the dust composition, dust emissions are between 1 and 10 mg / Nm (11% O2) with a uniform separation of dust without risk of clogging, even with effluents highly concentrated.
For each application the choice of filter media is adapted: fiberglass, nylon, PTFE, PTFE membrane ...
